Controller – Finance Operations Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Controller to lead accounting operations and build the financial foundation of a fast‑growing global hardware and SaaS business. Reporting to the CFO, you will partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Growth teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger and month‑end close.
• Own the monthly, quarterly and annual financial close process and produce timely financial statements.
• Manage inventory accounting, cost of goods sold, revenue recognition and internal controls.
• Prepare financial reports and schedules for executives, investors, auditors and other stakeholders.
• Oversee external audits, tax filings and statutory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Mentor and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior accounting or controller role within a high‑growth environment.
• Strong technical accounting expertise with ability to design and improve processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, comfortable partnering with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving startup setting.
