Construction Superintendent – Critical Environment

About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Commercial General Contractor Superintendent, where your leadership and construction expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of commercial projects. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on‑site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with project team, subcontractors and clients, providing regular updates and milestone reporting.
• Proactively communicate, anticipate issues, and resolve conflicts to keep projects on track.
• Verify process execution, maintain attention to detail, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure quality control.
• Prioritize safety protocols and mitigate known hazards to maintain a safe work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in a commercial construction environment.
• Lead work teams and partners toward building excellence and mutually beneficial results.
• Collaborate and manage multiple subcontractors and project deadlines with key milestones effectively.
• Competent with project software tools and reporting updates.
