Construction Project Manager

About the role

Join KONE’s Indianapolis team as a Construction Project Manager, overseeing commercial elevator construction projects. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensure safety compliance on worksites, and drive project success from planning through completion.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules, resource status, and procurement activities, including subcontracts and vendor management.
• Ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle by monitoring metrics and addressing punch‑list items.
• Audit safety compliance on worksites and identify risks and opportunities through contracts and site observations.
• Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project and SAP to track timelines and budgets.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support financial performance of projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of construction project management experience, preferably in commercial elevator installations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 7 + years of relevant work experience.
• Strong collaboration skills with both internal teams and external partners.
