Community Manager – Tanager Echo

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for the Tanager Echo property in Las Vegas. The role oversees daily operations, leads the on‑site team, and ensures the community meets financial and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including team supervision and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process deposits, and ensure timely posting of fees.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, renewals, conduct inspections, issue notices, and handle evictions and late fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through community initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or community management within multi‑family housing.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Ability to lead a team and manage operational budgets.
