Community Manager

About the role

Jerry.ai is building an all‑in‑one app to simplify car ownership. We need a Community Manager who can authentically represent the brand and engage users where they already gather – on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, TikTok and other organic channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry’s organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, TikTok and similar platforms.
• Develop a community playbook that defines posting cadence, reply strategy and silence periods.
• Grow and nurture Jerry‑focused subreddits into trusted, active communities.
• Design a scalable content and engagement strategy while preserving authenticity, leveraging AI where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent brand voice across channels.
• Track and report sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic and LLM citation metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech, insurtech or other regulated consumer sectors.
• Native‑platform fluency with a tone that earns upvotes on Reddit, TikTok and Quora.
• Strategic mindset that builds systems and understands SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Proven ability to humanise “boring” or stressful categories and foster long‑term organic trust.
