Community Manager for Kinley West Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Kinley West property, a stabilized community of 180 units in Los Angeles. You will lead the on‑site team, ensure resident satisfaction, and drive financial performance in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident services.
• Supervise and develop on‑site staff to meet performance and service goals.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, expense reports, and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for corporate and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Community Manager, preferably with affordable housing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve budgeted financial and operational targets.
