About the role

Join a leading international law firm’s Business Litigation practice in Atlanta as a Commercial Litigation Associate. You will work on high‑stakes disputes for major corporate clients, collaborating with experienced trial teams and taking responsibility for discovery, trial preparation, and substantive litigation matters.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated commercial and business litigation matters.
• Represent major corporate clients in high‑stakes disputes.
• Manage complex discovery and key case workstreams.
• Draft motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct advanced legal research and analysis.
• Assist with witness preparation and trial preparation activities.
• Contribute to case strategy alongside partners and senior litigators.
• Work closely with collaborative trial teams throughout the litigation lifecycle.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience in a large law firm or civil litigation boutique.
• Significant experience managing discovery.
• Strong trial preparation background.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
