About the role

The Clinical Services Manager will lead the day‑shift operations of the IMSL Med Specialties Clinics within the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. This position ensures high‑quality patient care, efficient clinic workflow, and compliance with institutional policies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations, staffing, and patient flow for the IMSL clinics.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to maintain service standards.
• Monitor performance metrics, quality indicators, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory of clinical supplies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and university policies.

Required profile

• Current University of Arkansas System employee (including student employees or graduate assistants).
