Client Success Coordinator (Remote, Georgia)

About the role

Seronda Network is looking for a Client Success Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for our customers. Working remotely from Georgia, you will help drive brand awareness, manage communications, and ensure smooth delivery of services across our reputation, communications and events teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the consistent liaison for assigned customers and internal account teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date account notes, contact details, service history and tasks in the CRM.
• Coordinate routine requests, status updates, deliverables and follow‑ups across internal teams.
• Monitor open items and service commitments, escalating delays, risks or unresolved issues.
• Prepare account summaries, meeting notes, usage updates and other customer‑facing documentation.
• Identify recurring questions or service gaps and share insights with relevant teams for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer‑service mindset.
• Strong organizational, documentation and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts or requests without missing deadlines.
• Professional judgment when escalating service problems.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to undergo a pre‑employment background check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of spreadsheets.
• Effective use of email and video‑conferencing tools.
• Familiarity with shared task‑management platforms.
