Client Services Intern – Financial Services

About the role

This internship offers a dynamic, energetic experience within Santander’s Client Service Unit. You will gain hands‑on exposure to the client life‑cycle, including onboarding, banking operations, documentation, credit operations, and investment platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Support internal events, onboarding processes, and banking operations.
• Assist with documentation, updates, credit operations, and investment platform activities.
• Contribute to activity reports, Appian updates, W‑8 forms, DocuSign processes, and purchase orders.
• Work on region‑specific initiatives and provide administrative support to bankers and the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and dedicated to team success.
