Client Engagement Executive (Remote, US)

About the role
The Client Engagement Executive will drive new business growth by converting inbound leads into long‑term clients and actively prospecting new opportunities. This remote position serves US‑based customers and requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team of executives.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to a high volume of inbound leads.
- Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking and social media.
- Present BairesDev’s services to prospects in remote and in‑person meetings.
- Prepare regular sales and financial reports.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with new and existing clients.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of B2B field sales experience targeting US clients.
- Proven track record of closing deals and building long‑term client relationships.
- Experience in prospecting, cold calling and deal negotiation.
- Strong understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
- Residency in San Francisco or New York.
