Chief Transformation Officer

About the role

The Chief Transformation Officer will lead the design and continuous improvement of the enterprise operating system, aligning Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and IT around shared priorities. This senior leader will translate corporate strategy into daily, cross‑functional execution and ensure sustainable, repeatable results across all plants and functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve the enterprise operating system, aligning all major functions around common goals.
• Translate company strategy into daily execution, ensuring clear, limited, and sequenced priorities.
• Establish decision‑making frameworks, escalation pathways, and operating rhythms such as daily management and KPI reviews.
• Build learning and continuous‑improvement systems that embed Lean principles and reduce firefighting and rework.
• Maintain long‑term focus, prevent initiative overload, and reinforce alignment to company values and strategy.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, transformation, or enterprise systems.
• Proven success leading cross‑functional transformation at scale and aligning strategy to execution across multiple business units.
• Strong financial and operational acumen with deep understanding of systems thinking (Deming, Lean, or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement enterprise operating systems and reduce organizational complexity.
• Executive presence, ability to influence without direct authority, and experience engaging at Board level.
