Call Center Sales Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

As a Call Center Sales Representative you will handle inbound sales calls, acquire new customers and upsell additional Spectrum products to existing ones. You will play a key part in driving revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and process inbound sales calls efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and promote current marketing campaigns.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets using telephone‑based selling techniques.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Master order processing systems and clearly explain all products and services.
• Stay informed about competitors and market trends.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of call‑center sales experience (preferred).
• Clear, professional communication with customers and colleagues.
• Proven sales techniques with a record of meeting goals.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with personal computers and standard software applications.
• Experience using billing systems and order processing platforms.
