Business Owner / Strategic Leader for Process Improvement Company

About the role

Enprom Solutions is looking for a senior leader to define the strategic vision and drive sustainable growth. The role involves coordinating operations, finance, commercial and technical areas while delivering turnkey process‑improvement projects for packaging and converting clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the company’s strategic roadmap.
• Oversee day‑to‑day coordination of operations, finance, sales and engineering teams.
• Lead turnkey projects from design through commissioning.
• Make investment decisions, develop product and service portfolios.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and partners.
• Foster a culture of innovation, safety and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing and leading industrial companies, preferably in packaging, converting or process machinery.
• Strong strategic and financial capabilities, including business planning, budgeting and profitability analysis.
• Commercial acumen with negotiation and key‑account management experience.
• Collaborative leadership style with ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customers and suppliers.
