Business Development Manager – Home Care

About the role
Tribute Home Care is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its network of referral partners across Boston and the surrounding area. You will be the face of the company in the community, building relationships that help older adults and their families access high‑quality home care services.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage geriatric care managers, assisted‑living facilities, hospice agencies, and other referral sources.
- Present Tribute’s unique value proposition and caregiver model to prospective partners.
- Research and identify new partnership opportunities on an ongoing basis.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking gatherings to raise brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including Marketing, Client Solutions, Caregiver Support, Scheduling, and Hiring—to ensure seamless partner experiences.
- Track performance against quarterly sales and growth targets, adjusting tactics as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of outside sales or new‑business development experience with a proven record of meeting targets.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Resilient, self‑motivated, and comfortable handling objections and setbacks.
- Excellent communication and active‑listening skills.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple referral relationships simultaneously.
