About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Media & Ad Sales team in Hudson Yards, New York City. The role focuses on translating business needs into technical solutions, supporting order, campaign, and revenue processes on an onsite basis.

Key responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories) for media sales platforms.
Collaborate with product owners and developers using Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Map and optimize end‑to‑end processes such as order management, pricing, inventory, and billing.
Support UAT activities, validate system changes, and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
Coordinate with stakeholders across sales, operations, and technology to drive project delivery.

Required profile

8+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in Media or Advertising sales.
Must hold a valid H1B visa stamp.
Located within 500 miles of New York City and able to work onsite.
Proven track record in stakeholder management and process mapping.
