Bilingual Retail District Manager (Goya)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual leader to oversee a team of Retail Coverage Merchandisers and Lead Merchandisers. The District Manager will act as the primary representative for our company, clients, and customers, ensuring high‑quality in‑store performance across assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and coaching for the RCM team.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business model, client expectations, and work processes.
• Spend at least 50% of time in‑store to monitor business and project requirements.
• Manage projects to completion on schedule, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Assign work, monitor progress, audit results, resolve personnel issues, and allocate resources.
• Analyze selling effectiveness, identify training needs, and balance store coverage.
• Partner with store personnel to achieve merchandising excellence and maintain safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, equipment maintenance, expense reporting, and activity tracking.
• Communicate territory responsibilities using the MEI system and maintain accurate reporting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in retail management.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of merchandising processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MEI technology platform.
