Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) – up to $85k

About the role

Citarella is seeking a bilingual Recruiter fluent in English and Spanish to join its talent acquisition team. The recruiter will support the company’s growth across its New York City, Hamptons and Greenwich locations by delivering a high‑quality candidate experience and helping build a strong, culturally aligned workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through social recruiting, networking, job boards and cold outreach.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines and advise hiring managers on final selections.
• Maintain a high‑volume flow of qualified applicants and develop niche talent pipelines.
• Conduct reference and exit interviews, and provide trend analysis reports.
• Support campus recruiting events and assist in creating job descriptions aligned with company vision.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on recruiting experience.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Strong responsiveness to candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
