About the role

Join HearUSA, a leading provider of modern hearing health, as a Hearing Care Provider in La Cienega, CA. You will deliver comprehensive hearing evaluations, select and fit hearing aids, and create personalized auditory experiences for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing‑aid selection and fitting following HearUSA’s service model.
• Demonstrate hearing aids during annual evaluations to create a personalized “wow” moment.
• Analyze test results and client assessments to provide tailored recommendations.
• Conduct routine follow‑ups, cleaning, checks, repairs, ear‑impression taking, and earmold modification.
• Maintain compliance with state licensing, FDA guidelines, HIPAA, and HearUSA Quality Practice Guidelines.
• Partner with district managers and team leads to drive revenue growth and community outreach.
• Participate in continued professional development and uphold HearUSA’s culture and values.

Required profile

• Experience in an Audiology or Hearing‑Aid Specialist role.
• Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing‑aid dispensing.
• 1‑5 years of relevant experience (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Effective written communication skills.
• Customer‑focused with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast‑paced environment.
