Automotive Technician – Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our service team at a brand‑new facility in West Chester, PA. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Audi, Volkswagen, and Porsche vehicles and can deliver high‑quality repairs in a fast‑paced dealership environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance as specified on repair orders, adhering to manufacturer standards.
• Test‑drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues across engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air‑conditioning systems.
• Communicate directly with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional service needs and provide time estimates.
• Execute warranty repairs in compliance with manufacturer specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of automotive repair experience, preferably with Audi, Volkswagen, or Porsche.
• Valid PA State Inspection License and PA Emissions License.
• High school diploma or equivalent and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Strong teamwork attitude and excellent work ethic.

Required skills

• Audi, Volkswagen, and Porsche vehicle experience.
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and common automotive repair tools.
• Ability to service engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air‑conditioning.
• PA State Inspection License.
