Audit Advisor – Assurance Manager (Multiple Positions)

About the role

Join EY as an Audit Advisor in Assurance, leading audit engagements for private and public companies. You will apply U.S. GAAS and PCAOB standards to deliver high‑quality audits that provide real business insight and value to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit procedures in accordance with U.S. GAAS, PCAOB rules, and U.S. GAAP.
• Apply SEC reporting rules and data‑analytics techniques to identify audit risks and generate insights.
• Prepare, analyze, and verify financial statements, addressing complex accounting topics such as revenue recognition, share‑based compensation, and business combinations.
• Manage and motivate audit teams, ensuring timely delivery of quality client services.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships and identify business development opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field with 5 years audit experience (or Master’s degree with 4 years experience).
• At least 2 years supervising audit planning and execution for internal controls (SOX/ICFR) and financial statements.
• Experience leading audit teams of two or more staff members.
• Background in a PCAOB‑registered public accounting firm.
• Knowledge of management review controls and testing of entity‑produced information.
