Associate Sales Operations (Hybrid)

About the role

The Associate Sales Operations role supports the Robert Bosch Tool Corporation’s sales ecosystem by ensuring data integrity, smooth order processing, and effective issue resolution. This hybrid position requires a presence in the Mount Prospect office three days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the go‑to expert for SAP, CRM, and internal systems, troubleshooting complex customer account and order issues.
• Maintain accurate customer master data in SAP and manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) workflows, including order transmission and data mapping.
• Act as primary escalation point for order discrepancies, shipping issues, and claim resolutions, overseeing end‑to‑end billing transactions.
• Lead backorder and product substitution processes in collaboration with Business Units.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Contact Centers, Distribution Centers, Logistics, and Warehousing to execute customer requirements and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Experience working with SAP, CRM, and EDI systems in a sales or operations environment.
• Strong analytical skills to conduct root‑cause analysis and drive process improvements.
• Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners.
• Willingness to work on‑site three days per week in Mount Prospect, IL.
