Associate Field Training Manager (Mexico)

About the role

The Associate Field Training Manager strengthens training execution across Mexico by delivering Wendy’s University programs, leading limited‑time‑offer (LTO) and operational training, certifying Training Restaurants, supporting new market openings, and elevating field capability. The role partners with the Franchise Operations Manager and operators to drive consistent performance and develop operational talent.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Wendy’s University Core & More programs with high instructional quality and coach restaurant and multi‑unit leaders.
• Lead scheduling, coordination, and delivery of LTO, product, and operational training, providing standardized materials and follow‑up coaching.
• Own certification and recertification of Training Restaurants, conduct assessments, and provide targeted coaching.
• Execute structured training plans for new market and franchisee openings, preparing crews and managers for launch timelines.
• Conduct field visits to assess execution, training adoption, and operational standards, and provide on‑site coaching.
