About the role

Key responsibilities

• Process rental payments, maintain accurate accounting records, and assist with financial reporting.
• Support leasing and marketing initiatives to attract and retain residents.
• Act as a resident advocate by listening to concerns and ensuring a positive living experience.
• Prepare and deliver resident notices, enforce community policies, and assist the Property Manager.
• Assume Property Manager duties during their absence and help manage daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, state, and federal regulations while maintaining a safe environment.
• Participate in special projects and adapt to new challenges as the community grows.
