About the role

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock seeks a tenure‑track Assistant Professor in Communication Disorders and Sciences for a full‑time, nine‑month appointment. The successful candidate will join a vibrant department and contribute to undergraduate education and scholarly activity.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in Communication Sciences and Disorders, covering any required curriculum components.
• Develop and deliver instruction across multiple modalities, including in‑person, hybrid, and online formats.
• Mentor and supervise undergraduate students, supporting their academic and professional development.
• Maintain an active research agenda that aligns with departmental goals.
• Participate in departmental service, curriculum development, and university committees.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Communication Sciences and Disorders, Audiology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated ability to teach a range of courses in the undergraduate curriculum.
