Assistant Community Director

About the role

Blue Roc Premier is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Director to support the daily operations of an apartment community. You will play a key part in driving financial performance while maintaining a vibrant, high‑energy environment for residents and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the apartment community.
• Monitor and enhance the community’s financial growth.
• Maintain a positive, high‑energy atmosphere for residents and team members.
• Provide flexible support and strong interpersonal interaction across all departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in an Assistant Manager or Sub‑Manager role.
• At least 2 years leasing experience.
• Strong customer‑service and collection‑management abilities.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.
• Prior experience in property management or a related field.
• College degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software such as Entrata.
• Proficiency with property‑management software such as Avid.
