About the role

The Production Plant of Antone’s Famous Po’ Boys is looking for reliable and motivated Production Line Associates to support daily food production and packaging operations. The role involves preparing, assembling, packaging, labeling, and maintaining product quality while following strict food safety and sanitation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in production, assembly, packaging, and labeling of food items.
• Prepare products according to recipes, specifications, and quality standards.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and occupational safety procedures.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly and adhere to hygiene protocols.
• Support set‑up, breakdown, and cleaning of production areas.
• Report equipment issues, product quality concerns, or safety risks to supervisors.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and sanitation teams to meet daily production targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food production, warehouse, manufacturing, or kitchen environments preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production setting.
• Capability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Physical ability to lift, push, or move materials as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow safety instructions and procedures.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred to facilitate communication in a primarily Spanish‑speaking environment.
