Armed Security Guard – Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo

About the role

The Armed Security Guard will provide comprehensive security services at Camp Bondsteel, a U.S. Army installation in Pristina, Kosovo. This includes protecting the installation’s facilities, tenants, and visitors while maintaining a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform access control and monitor entry points for the installation, gym, PX, Burger King, and MWR facilities.
• Conduct roving patrols and surveillance to deter and detect threats.
• Provide armed response and overall safeguarding of the installation and its occupants.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of security activities.

Required profile

• U.S. citizen with a valid U.S. passport.
• U.S. Secret security clearance (sponsorship available).
• At least two years recent experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military operations.
• Completion of a state‑recognized security or law‑enforcement academy, or equivalent military training.
• Ability to pass NCIC/FBI background check, drug testing, and physical ability test (1.5 mi run in ≤17:30, 21 push‑ups in 2 min).
• Clean criminal record and medically fit for duty.
