Appointment Setter

About the role

SG Services is looking for motivated remote Appointment Setters to help B2B clients generate qualified sales opportunities. You will engage decision‑makers across multiple industries and schedule sales meetings that drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers in target companies.
• Book qualified sales appointments for clients and internal sales teams.
• Follow approved outreach scripts and messaging campaigns.
• Maintain accurate activity logs in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment‑setting targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine campaign performance and lead quality.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Knowledge of sales engagement platforms.
