Application Programmer/Developer (Workday Integrations)

About the role

The Application Programmer/Developer will design, build, and maintain Workday integrations, reports, and web‑application solutions for the university. The position emphasizes a full‑cycle quality‑assurance approach, covering everything from requirements gathering to release management and tier‑two end‑user support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support Workday integrations, reports, and new web‑based applications.
• Apply a comprehensive QA model that includes requirements definition, software design, coding, source‑code control, code reviews, change and configuration management, testing, and release management.
• Provide tier‑two support and ensure seamless product integration across campus systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience developing or supporting information systems and web applications.
• Experience creating Workday reports and integrations.
• Familiarity with data formats such as XML and JSON.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel.
• Prior experience working in a higher‑education environment.
