Application Developer (Internal Systems)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Application Developer to design, develop and support critical internal systems that translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, enhancing operational efficiency and driving digital innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain internal software applications.
• Analyse business requirements and produce technical specifications.
• Write clean, scalable code and manage the full software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot, debug and improve existing applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to devise technical solutions to business challenges.
• Support database development, reporting and data analysis.
• Contribute to regular software releases within an agile environment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.

Required profile

• Strong experience with JavaScript and modern development practices.
• Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL and database design or data modelling.
• Knowledge of application development using C#.NET, Delphi, Visual Basic or low‑code platforms.
• Proven track record developing commercial or enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to gather requirements and design solutions collaboratively.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
