About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join its Myeloma Clinic. This full‑time, day‑shift position provides specialized nursing care to patients with multiple myeloma within a collaborative, research‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments, treatment planning, and follow‑up care for myeloma patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in clinical research protocols and contribute to quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients and families about disease management, treatment options, and supportive services.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record system.

Required profile

• Current licensure as an APRN (NP or CNS) in the state of Arkansas.
• Experience in oncology or hematology nursing preferred.
• Commitment to patient‑centered care and teamwork.
