Administrative Analyst – Science Triangle

About the role

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is seeking an Administrative Analyst to support the Science Triangle initiative, which includes the Shellam Flake Planetarium, the UA Little Rock Observatory, and the Museum of Natural History. The role provides essential administrative, operational, and organizational assistance to ensure smooth daily operations and effective coordination of activities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of communication for internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, volunteers, and community partners.
• Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and event logistics for Science Triangle facilities.
• Maintain records, handle documentation, and oversee communications related to the initiative.
• Support visitor engagement, including handling inquiries and providing information about programs and events.
• Assist with office operations, procurement, and basic financial tracking as needed.
