About the role
The Administrative Analyst provides office management and clerical support for the School of Counseling, Human Performance, and Rehabilitation at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. This role serves as the central point of contact for program inquiries and assists students with registration, enrollment, and prerequisite verification.
Key responsibilities
- Act as primary liaison for CHPR program questions and student services.
- Facilitate student registration, enrollment, and prerequisite checks for core courses.
- Maintain office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping.
- Support academic staff with documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Manage academic support resources and respond to student requests in a timely manner.
Required profile
- Associate degree required.
- At least one year of experience in higher education or a related field.
- Alternative education or experience may substitute for the basic requirements.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, customer service experience, and office management experience.
