Account Representative – Client Services

About the role

Account Representative with opportunity to grow! The Client Representative will play a crucial role in supporting the daily correspondence operations of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking, and a positive attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Input data into company records and systems.
• Coordinate with other departments and Credit Control clients to resolve inquiries.
• Respond to consumer emails promptly using scenario‑based templates.
• Organize, file, and track email, mail and text correspondence.
• Use guided decision‑making to accurately process incoming correspondence.
• Prepare outgoing mail for delivery by creating cover letters and attaching them to account statements.

Required profile

• High school diploma required.
• Previous experience in the collection industry preferred.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
• Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing demands and shifting priorities.
