About the role
The Access Coordinator II supports the Neurosciences department at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. This position ensures smooth patient access processes and collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to deliver high‑quality care.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate patient access activities for neuroscience services.
- Verify insurance eligibility and manage authorizations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist with scheduling.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and support staff.
Required profile
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
