Zuora Solution Architect - Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Zuora Solution Architect – Manager to lead the design, implementation, and support of Zuora Quote‑to‑Revenue solutions for our finance clients. You will guide teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure projects deliver strategic value and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Zuora Quote‑to‑Revenue solutions.
• Analyze client requirements and design tailored Zuora configurations.
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance performance and expertise.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery against client expectations.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct client training sessions for seamless Zuora integration.
• Resolve client and stakeholder issues, escalating when necessary.
• Promote innovation and technology adoption within service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Preference for a Master’s or MBA.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
