ZT STS Software Engineer (TS/SCI with Poly)

About the role

CACI is hiring a Software Engineer for its Zero Trust Identity, Credential and Access Management (ZT ICAM) program, based in Hanover. The engineer supports mission-critical web service development for an ICAM solution used by Department of Defense customers, working under the guidance of senior engineering staff. The role covers automated build, test, packaging, deployment, monitoring and release operations, and support for Linux and containerized environments.

Key responsibilities

• Support mission-critical web service development for an ICAM solution
• Support AWS cloud-native software design, development, integration, testing and operational maintenance of highly available enterprise services
• Contribute to automated build, test, packaging, deployment, monitoring and release operations
• Provide support for Linux and containerized environments
• Help sustain consistent deployment configurations and associated technical documentation

Required profile

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer engineering or a related field, or 4 years of software engineering experience instead (total of 9 years)
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of work experience in SIGINT, IA or IT domains

Required skills

• High-level proficiency in Java and JavaScript
• Experience with automated builds using GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Unit testing with JUnit/Mock frameworks
• Linux environments
• PKI encryption and authentication
• Desired: AWS native development (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, IAM roles/permissions/SCPs), Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes
