Yard Technician

About the role

EquipmentShare is seeking a Yard Technician to join its rental facility in Visalia, CA. You will keep the yard organized, maintain equipment, and support daily operations to ensure contractors receive reliable tools.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and document equipment condition before and after use.
• Assist with routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment.
• Load, unload, and demonstrate equipment for customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records following standard operating procedures.
• Keep the yard and shop clean and hazard‑free.
• Support the General Manager with additional duties as needed.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic and willingness to grow within the company.
• Commitment to safety and a clean work environment.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 7 AM‑5 PM with overtime and on‑call availability.
