XRF Applications Engineer – Semiconductor Metrology

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver compelling customer demonstrations showcasing XRF system capabilities.
• Create high‑quality application notes that highlight real‑world use cases and analytical performance.
• Design and implement turnkey workflows tailored to diverse customer needs.
• Collaborate with algorithms and software teams to optimize quantification methods and improve user interfaces.
• Engage directly with customers to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

• Deep understanding of X‑ray fluorescence (XRF), ideally within semiconductor metrology.
• Strong experimental design and data analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and workflow development.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and deliver solutions under tight timelines.
