About the role
The Worship Ministry Resident is a two‑year, full‑time residency designed to combine hands‑on worship leadership with theological education. You will be enrolled in accredited seminary courses while serving in a vibrant, growing church.
Key responsibilities
- Mentored by seasoned worship and production staff.
- Plan and lead worship services regularly.
- Engage daily with the rhythms of worship ministry and volunteer teams.
Required profile
- A love for Jesus and a desire to help others encounter Him through worship.
- Eagerness to learn, try new things, and grow spiritually.
- Value both creativity and spiritual formation.
- Some musical or worship‑leading experience.
- Willingness to invest two years in classroom learning and real‑world ministry.
