Workshop Sales Representative – Washington DC

About the role

As the single point of contact for automotive workshops, you will promote the full Bosch Mobility Aftermarket product portfolio, increase workshop loyalty and drive parts pull. You will work with cutting‑edge diagnostic and repair solutions while supporting workshops in adopting digital tools and training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Increase participation in the eXtra loyalty program and ensure regular follow‑up.
• Promote and manage roll‑outs of the Workshop Order Manager (WOM) across the country.
• Acquire workshops for concept modules and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
• Drive enrollment in training programs and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
• Sell Hotline Services, Remote Diagnostics, Vehicle Health Checks and Vehicle Check Apps.
• Generate leads for direct sales of workshop equipment and ESI diagnostic tools.
• Promote Bosch Car Service (BCS) services and consult on full‑service concept requirements.
• Cross‑sell Workshop Test Equipment (WTE) and conduct regular follow‑ups on equipment usage.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven sales experience in the automotive or aftermarket sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of Bosch Mobility Aftermarket’s parts, diagnostics, services and equipment portfolio.
• Consultative sales approach with strong presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to engage workshop managers, technical staff and other stakeholders effectively.
• Experience providing practical support, advice and training to workshops.
• Proficiency with Bosch digital systems and a focus on data quality in CRM tools.
