Workshop Sales Representative – Los Angeles

About the role

We are looking for a Workshop Sales Representative to act as the single point of contact for automotive workshops in the Los Angeles area. You will promote the full Bosch Mobility Aftermarket product portfolio, build workshop loyalty and drive sales of parts, diagnostic equipment and digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Increase participation in the eXtra loyalty program and conduct regular follow‑ups.
• Promote and roll out the Workshop Order Manager (WOM) across the region.
• Acquire new workshops for concept modules and provide ongoing support.
• Drive enrollment in training programs and collect feedback for improvement.
• Sell Hotline Services, Remote Diagnostics, Vehicle Health Checks and Vehicle Check Apps.
• Generate leads for workshop equipment and ESI diagnostic tools.
• Promote Bosch Car Service (BCS) services and consult on full‑service concepts.
• Cross‑sell Workshop Test Equipment and monitor equipment usage.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the automotive aftermarket or related field.
• Strong understanding of Bosch Mobility Aftermarket’s parts, diagnostics, services and equipment.
• Ability to explain value propositions and tailor solutions to workshop needs.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfort interacting with workshop managers, technicians and other stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Bosch C4C CRM system.
• Experience using Power BI (PBI) applications.
• Familiarity with the myBCS digital platform.
