Workers’ Compensation Attorney (Litigation)

About the role

Marshall Dennehey is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join its Orlando office. This full‑time position offers the chance to litigate a diverse range of workers’ compensation claims while receiving mentorship from experienced shareholders and associates.

Key responsibilities

• Litigate workers’ compensation claims, including repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death, and hearing loss.
• Represent clients across industries such as construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, and education.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategy and manage litigation progress.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of litigation experience, preferably in workers’ compensation.
• Strong analytical, legal writing, research, and communication abilities.
• Commitment to professional growth and willingness to engage in mentorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal research tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.
• Ability to draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
