About the role

Marshall Dennehey is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its growing Jacksonville team. The role offers hands‑on litigation experience in a collaborative environment that emphasizes mentorship and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims, including repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death, and hearing‑loss cases.
• Represent clients across industries such as construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, and education.
• Collaborate closely with senior shareholders and associates to develop case strategy and manage litigation.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of litigation experience, preferably in workers’ compensation.
• Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication abilities.
• Commitment to mentorship, continuous learning, and career development.
• Bar admission in Florida or eligibility to practice law in the state.
