About the role

Marshall Dennehey, P.C. is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney with 5‑10 years of litigation experience to join its growing Workers’ Compensation Department in Pittsburgh. The role offers hands‑on involvement in complex claims while providing mentorship and a clear path for professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Litigate workers’ compensation claims, including repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death, and hearing loss cases.
• Represent clients across industries such as construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, and education.
• Collaborate with senior shareholders and associates to develop case strategy and manage litigation.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and trial preparation.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of litigation experience in workers’ compensation law.
• Strong analytical, legal writing, research, and communication abilities.
• Bar admission in Pennsylvania (or ability to become admitted).
• Commitment to mentorship, teamwork, and professional growth.

Required skills

• Litigation of complex workers’ compensation matters.
