About the role
Marshall Dennehey, P.C. is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney with 5‑10 years of litigation experience to join its growing Workers’ Compensation Department in Philadelphia. The role offers the chance to litigate high‑exposure, complex workers’ compensation claims across a broad range of industries.
Key responsibilities
- Litigate workers’ compensation claims involving repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death, and hearing loss.
- Represent clients in construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, education, and other sectors.
- Collaborate closely with experienced shareholders and associates for mentorship and skill development.
- Gradually assume full case management responsibilities, from inception through trial.
Required profile
- 5‑10 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in workers’ compensation.
- Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication abilities.
