Key responsibilities

• Litigate workers' compensation claims, including repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death, and hearing loss.
• Represent clients across industries such as construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, and education.
• Handle high‑exposure, complex litigation from case intake through trial, working closely with senior shareholders.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategy and provide client updates.

Required profile

• 5 to 10 years of litigation experience in workers' compensation law.
• Strong analytical, legal writing, research, and communication abilities.
• Bar admission in New Jersey (or ability to become admitted).
• Commitment to professional development and mentorship.

Required skills

• Legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Case management and trial preparation.
