Key responsibilities

• Litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims, including repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death, and hearing loss.
• Represent clients across industries such as construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, and education.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and associates for mentorship and case development.

Required profile

• 5 to 10 years of litigation experience in workers’ compensation.
• Strong analytical, legal writing, research, and communication abilities.
