Marshall Dennehey, P.C. is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney with 2 to 5+ years of litigation experience to join its growing Workers’ Compensation Department in New Haven, Connecticut. This position offers the chance to work on high‑exposure, complex claims while receiving mentorship from seasoned shareholders.

Key responsibilities

• Litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims, including repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death, and hearing loss.
• Represent clients across industries such as construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, and education.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategy, conduct research, and prepare filings.
• Participate in client meetings and maintain clear communication throughout the litigation process.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of litigation experience in workers’ compensation or related civil defense matters.
• Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication abilities.
• Commitment to professional growth and willingness to learn from mentors.
